Elizabeth Lutes, Senior Vice President, has been leading TSI for nine years and is responsible for Human Resources for TSI’s parent company, the RVI Group. Prior to Joining RVI and TSI, Elizabeth was a founding partner in a consulting firm specializing in strategy implementation and organization transformation.
David Klanica is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for TSI and its parent company, the RVI Group. Dave spent three years as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer with Pitney Bowes Capital Services, and has also held roles with GE Capital and Mercedes-Benz Corporation.
Mike McGroarty, Senior Vice President and General Counsel, heads the legal departments of TSI and the RVI Group and is responsible for direction of all legal functions of both entities in compliance with applicable law and regulations. Mike is member of the state bars of Connecticut, California and Pennsylvania.
Nontrel Carwell, MPA, is TSI’s Operations Manager. Nontrel’s 13 years of payroll and human resources experience includes serving as a 401k fiduciary, employee relations, labor relations, employee benefits management, payroll accounting & tax compliance and post-award grants & contracts administration. Nontrel holds a master’s degree from Columbia University.
